How do I make an exchange?

1.Deadlines

You must make your exchange request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order by either visiting one of our stores or shipping the order back to us at your expense. Please note that no cash refunds are provided; only store credit or product exchange is offered.

2.Products

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3.Seal

Please note that authenticity tags or stickers must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange policy and will not be accepted.

4.Original Packaging

Your item must be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

5.Frequency

You are also entitled to exchange your order 1 time only.

6.Visit us / Ship to us

You can visit one of our four stores to exchange your order. Alternatively, you can ship the order back to us. You must safeguard the product and its packaging using a shipping carton. We reserve the right to reject the exchange if the product or its packaging is returned to us damaged.

7.Cancellations

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Mad Kicks reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

8.Pre-Order Products

All pre-order products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed. Pre-order items have an estimated delivery timeline of 10–12 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This delivery timeframe is clearly displayed on the cart before checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the stated delivery timeline and the final-sale nature of all pre-order products.

9.Refunds

Please note that we do note issue cash refunds. We issue a refund only if the item you ordered is out of stock and we can no longer fulfill it

10.International shipments

For International shipments, all sales are final. International shipments are subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

11.Promo Products

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
