Mad Kicks only sells new and 100% authentic products. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes, “grey market” items, or factory variants. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Each of our products is authenticated in detail and with care to leave no doubt about its legitimacy.

Mad Kicks is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise.

We also cash-out for items/sizes that we need for a reasonable negotiated price.

When the products reach our premises, our experts meticulously verify their authenticity. Each item undergoes a thorough examination, including checking labels, seams, accessories, packaging, and even the scent. Every detail is carefully inspected to ensure that the product you receive is genuinely authentic.

Once the product arrives at our premises, our team conducts a thorough inspection before dispatching it to you. If the product meets our standards, we affix our seal of approval.

Each product receives one seal: for a pair of sneakers, you will find the seal on the left shoe. This seal certifies that the product has been inspected and approved by our team. In the event of a return, it confirms that the product is the same one we sent you.

Please note: do not remove the seal until you are certain you will not be returning the product, as removing it will void your exchange eligibility.

All the products we ship are brand new and free of defects. We meticulously inspect each item before dispatch to ensure its authenticity. Each product comes with its original box and packaging, including extra laces and any other accessories.
