A Vision of Wellness: The Royal Inspiration Behind DFC
The Dubai Fitness Challenge was initiated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. Launched in 2017, DFC has inspired millions to embrace healthier lifestyles. With free workouts, tournaments, and wellness events across the city, the Dubai Fitness Challenge isn’t just about staying fit — it’s a full-fledged community event that celebrates wellness, movement, and unity.
