Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and be able to track your parcel as it makes its journey. Alternatively, you can contact us at any time for order updates or queries.

We work with trusted local couriers to guarantee efficient delivery for our valued customers. Standard delivery time within the UAE is 2 days, with additional processing time of up to 4 days required during promotions and holiday periods.

International delivery times and rates may vary based on your location, plus item size and weight. All charges will be detailed at the time of checkout.

 

Returns

Returns for Online Purchases

Customer Service should be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item. We accept returns for store credit only.

No exchange or cash refund.

All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a store credit to be processed:

– Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.

– Authenticity tags or stickers must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be accepted.

– Items must be returned in the original box provided and packaged inside a protective shipping box.

– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

– Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be

exchanged.

*For international orders, we do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@madkicks.com

 We reserve the right to deny your request if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed there is no cancellation that will be accepted. All orders are final.
