Retail Salesperson - Abu Dhabi

Your role will be divided into 3 areas:

• The unique customer experience

  • Welcome and support customers in their search while providing personalized service
  • Make known and tell the story of Mad Kicks to potential customers
  • Build customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Contribute and develop the turnover of the store

  • Control and optimize performance indicators
  • Receive the goods and ensure the follow-up of the stocks for the good performance of the restocking.

• The holding of the store

  • Realize the visual merchandising in accordance with the guidelines
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the point of sale
  • Respect the operational processes and do not hesitate to be force of proposal to improve them.

First interview : You will meet our Operations Manager accompanied by our Store Manager.

Second interview : You will finally meet our Chief Operating Officer and the rest of our Team during Team Fit.
