About the job

You will be working as part of a unique Sales team to deliver excellent customer service to all Mad Kicks customers in our store.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience in retail sales, with an excellent track record as a high performing salesperson. A passion for sneakers and good knowledge of the market is a must!

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all Mad Kicks customers, so they are excited to return again in store (and online)
  • Support fellow Sales Assistants on the shop floor, working as a team
  • Fulfilling click & collect and Online orders as required
  • Running shoes if required and taking direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Undertaking daily open and closing store procedures (general cleaning, tidying, replenishment and merchandising etc).
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving when required
  • At all times acting as a brand ad for Mad Game and our brand values

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in retail sales
  • A passion for sneakers and streetwear clothing
  • A high-performing salesperson
  • A positive attitude/outlook and a team player
  • Good IT skills: e.g. can use Microsoft Office programmes, POS systems etc.
  • Hands-on, energetic and a positive person
  • Excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Team player and well organized.
